Bill Quinn

Bill Quinn brings 35+ years of consultative sales expertise to Pioneer Insurance Partners, with a track record built on results: a 99% client retention rate managing a commercial lines P&C portfolio, a $5 million umbrella cross-sell, and a placement for the FIFA World Cup 2026 contractor program. Licensed in Massachusetts and Maine across Property & Casualty, Life, Health, and Travel, and fluent in Applied Epic and Salesforce AMS, Bill pairs deep technical expertise with a client-first approach. His career began with 24 years of long-tenured sales success in Metro Boston as a founding employee at DSCI/TPx — experience that shaped his entrepreneurial instincts and his belief that great client relationships are built, not bought. A longtime semi-resident of Yarmouth, Bill is no stranger to the Cape. He’s excited to join Pioneer’s team, helping clients navigate complex commercial insurance needs with the consultative rigor that’s defined his career.

Christopher Hedetniemi

President & Chief Executive Officer – CISR, CLCS, CPIA

Originally from Gloucester, MA, Chris arrived on Cape Cod in 2005 and has made the Cape his home ever since. After many years of hospitality and management experience, he changed direction and landed in the insurance industry. Chris has extensive experience across personal insurance, commercial insurance, and employee benefits, making his skill set unique in the industry. With over 18 years of experience in a high-paced, large agency, there is no limit to what he brings to the table. Chris continues to be an active member of the community between volunteering and holding board positions with local non-profits. When time permits, you will find him on his boat in and around the waters of the Cape, fishing, clamming, or lobstering, with his dogs by his side.

Daniel Chamberlain

Secretary & Chief Operating Officer

Dan is a third-generation Cape Cod native continuing with his family’s tradition of entrepreneurship. He lives in Dennis with his wife and daughter. He is also an attorney in Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts engaged in various practice areas including general civil litigation, business law and insurance deference. He is a member of the Barnstable County Bar Association and a Cape & Plymouth Business Magazine 40 Under 40 Award recipient. Some of his many civic engagements include Town of Dennis Zoning Board of Appeals, Town of Dennis Economic Development Committee and the Harwich-Dennis Rotary Club.

Robert Chamberlain

Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer

Rob is a second-generation Cape Cod Native, following in the footsteps of his father as an entrepreneur. He continues to stick to his well-founded roots in Dennis, MA where he resides with his wife, Diane. Rob is also an attorney who has spent decades developing and managing commercial real estate properties as well as starting and operating a diverse number of successful businesses. He is the current managing partner of Chamberlain Law Group LLP where he represents clients in a wide variety of litigation and business matters including acquiring, operating and selling business and commercial properties, related financing, and insurance defense.

Jennifer Wright

Relationship Executive –Employee Benefits

Jennifer comes to us with over 20 years of experience in employee benefits, primarily focused on voluntary benefits, enrollment management solutions, and leave management. She has been a long time Yarmouth resident with her spouse, Brendan, and often finds herself traveling with him to familiar, and unfamiliar new places. Jen is a dedicated person with true conviction when it comes to her work ethic, she works tirelessly for her clientele to ensure their needs are met, and to come up creative solutions to resolving whatever issues are brough to her attention. Jennifer brings great energy to the team and spends a lot of time in the community volunteering and networking. Keep your eyes peeled as there is a good chance you’ll see her out and about.

Originally from upstate New York, Mike brought fifteen years of creative expertise to the Cape when he moved to Dennis full-time in 2024. His background is a blend of high-stakes corporate marketing—where he helped lead major campaigns for a global pharmaceutical company—and the fast-paced world of television news. Today, Mike balances his own design business with a role at a local marketing firm, focusing on branding and videography. Mike also spends time volunteering in the community and networking, allowing him to quickly find the Cape to be his forever home. When he isn’t volunteering, he’s usually embracing the coastal life: hitting the gym, catching a sunset on the beach, or out on the water fishing and lobstering.

Judy has called Cape Cod her home since 1992 when she landed here to take a job in Radio and met her future husband, Will. With a passion for growing small businesses and marketing, Judy spent over 25 years at a locally owned radio and digital marketing company. In 2019, Judy went out on her own and started Make You Known Marketing. A full-service firm which specializes in boutique marketing solutions for small and medium sized businesses on the Cape and South Shore. Judy’s extensive rolodex comes from networking and volunteering on various boards, business and political organizations throughout her career. While offering Pioneer her extensive marketing knowledge, Judy will also bring insurance solutions to her business associates, friends and family. When Judy isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Will and her Australian Labradoodle furbabies Crusher and Shredder.
